License Agreement

By purchasing themes from Bufferthemes, you are granted a license to use these files for specific uses under certain conditions.

Personal License

This license grants permission to one individual to access and use the themes. You can use the themes for both personal and commercial work, including client projects, if you're working as an independent contractor.

What You Can Do

• Create unlimited end products for yourself or your clients
• Use the themes for commercial projects and client work
• Modify the themes to create derivative works
• Create commercial applications where users pay to use the service
• Create one-time fee commercial applications

What You Cannot Do

• Use the themes to create website builders or similar tools where end users can create their own products
• Redistribute the themes separately from an end product
• Share your access to the themes with others who don't have a license
• Create products that directly compete with Bufferthemes
• Open source the themes or make them publicly available
• Use the themes for training AI models

Examples

Allowed Uses:

• Building a website for your company
• Creating a web application for a client
• Developing a SaaS application where users pay to use the service
• Building a self-hosted application sold for a one-time fee

Not Allowed:

• Creating a public repository of Bufferthemes components
• Building a website builder tool using our themes
• Creating derivative themes for sale or distribution
